The Village of Summit is proud to announce the promotion of officers Joseph Flinchum and Daniel Makowski to the rank of sergeant at the Dec 17th Village meeting. Officers Flinchum and Makowski offer 12 and 11 years respectively serving and protecting the Summit community. Congratulations to both officers!
