The Summit Police Department is switching to the Code Red Community Notification system. You will find a link to the sign up page at the bottom right of the Police Department website or simply feel free to visiting the link below to sign up to receive emergency notifications.
This notification system is separate from the news alerts and notifications you will receive if you have registered to the Summit Police website alerts. The Code Red system is a third party system designed to provide more immediate alerts of critical situations in your area.
